Shipping within Australia

Order cut off time is 1pm AEST Monday - Thursday, 12pm AEST Friday

MelbourneVapes aim to ship orders within 1 working business day of receipt however during busy periods this may be extended to up to 3-4 working days. If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be shipped out the next working day. Please keep this in mind if you are running low on items around holiday periods.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent to customers once your order is printed off, this does not mean that your order has been dispatched to you. Please do not email us asking when the order will be shipped, the tracking will update within 48 hours of the parcel being collected.

All items within Australia are shipped with Australia Post. Due to CASA regulations, batteries and mods cannot be shipped via Express Post and need to be sent via road. Please select regular shipping for these items. If you choose Express Post and an item of this nature is in your order, we will refund the difference and send it via Regular Post.

All parcels are sent with Signature Confirmation on delivery, this cannot be removed off a parcel and you will need to sign for a parcel & provide photo ID to confirm you are aged 18+ when it is delivered. If you will not be home for delivery, consider having the parcel sent to a workplace.

Express Post orders can take 1-3 working days depending on where you live, and up to 8 days if you are outside a metro area. Express Post Deliveries are Monday - Saturday (inside Melbourne Metro area) Monday - Friday (outside of Melbourne Metro area and interstate).

Regular Parcel Post can take 2-8 working days from being sent and you will be provided with a tracking number once the order is shipped. Regular Post Deliveries are Monday - Friday Australia wide.

We HIGHLY recommend using Express Post as it is quicker than Regular parcel post, even within Victoria. We do not control post times, once a parcel has left us it is in the hands of Australia Post so if you need something urgently please select Express Post to ensure it is delivered in the quickest time possible to you.

Tracking numbers are issued once an order is printed from our warehouse and tracking details can take up to 24 hours to update. If your order is sent within this time frame please be patient, this is not something that we can control and if you have an issue with tracking not updating you should contact Australia Post on 13 13 18 during business hours.

If you are not home to receive parcels and cannot get to a post office, then we recommend that you have parcels delivered to a workplace. Once Australia Post attempt delivery and card an item we cannot have it re-delivered to you and you will need to pick this up from the nominated post outlet on the card you receive.

If your goods are damaged while in transit you need to email us photos of this to info (at) within 24 hours. We also advise that you need to contact Australia Post to lodge a dispute for the damaged goods.

Please note that if you provide the incorrect address to us for shipping your item, or your parcel is returned to us as not being collected or incorrectly addressed as a result of you entering the incorrect address at checkout, a $20 admin fee will result plus the cost of re-shipping the item back to you. We are charged for orders shipped back to us by Australia Post as a result of non-collection, refusal to collect, and incorrect addressing, and this cost will be passed on.

Please note that if you select the express post option but have batteries as part of your order, this will be sent via regular post instead due to Australia Post regulations.

All parcels sent will include up to $100 cover if something happens to go missing or is damaged in transit. If your parcel is over $100 in value we will insure your parcel for the correct value.
